Pros: great pump, heating, espresso, customer service
Cons: Reinforced polyhoses burst or detach in pressurized circuit. Won't trust us to replace hoses.
On 3rd year of ownership. Went back to have an internal poly hose replaced under 1 year warranty at 11 mos. Then blew another hose out 9 mos later. Managed to replace damaged sections with brass pieces as they won't sell you internal parts. Rubber gasket pod seats into wore out twice but they sent free replacements. Makes great espresso and still pumping fine. As another reviewer stated you need to grind beans coarser than normal or pressure builds and blows the hoses either off or out. I hope the newer models have solid plumbing because other than that, this is a great machine.
