I have had the Capresso EspressoPRO for 2 years now and I couldn't be happier with it!
The water reservoir is easy to fill and holds a good amount of water so you can make several servings at a time. This machine produces a rich velvety crema. I am also happy with the frothing process. It allows you to use the steaming wand in the old fashioned way, but where this machine shines is in the convenient removable frothing pitcher.
The pitcher can be filled with your favorite dairy/soy product and attached to the machine via a tube and then it sucks the milk up and instantly froths it. This is very convenient because you can detach the pitcher and put it in the fridge to use again. Cleaning is as simple as plunging the tube into clean water and pumping the water through for a few seconds.
The look of this machine is stylish without being too retro or funky.
The machine heats up fairly quickly and I find I use it a lot for making tea and getting hot water.
The base tray comes out and allows a through cleaning.
A good, solid performer for the money.
