Cannon G5 PowerShot

Pros: Continuous Shooting, Wireless Control, Tilt Swivel LCD, 5.0 Megapixel.
Cons: You will have to buy extra memory as only comes with 32Mb CompactFlash Card.
The Bottom Line:
ItÂ’s easy to use and easy to get great results. This camera will satisfy the more experienced photographer or the complete novice.
The G5 has lived up to all my expectations and gone far beyond them. I was looking for an all rounder that gave me that little extra control over the pictures I would be taking. On auto mode the results have been above my expectations, and it has all the manual control needed to take perfect photos.
The camera is easy to use and has all the features for the most experience of photographers. With 5.0 megapixel CCD the definition and colour are superb. I particularly like the swivel LCD display and remote control feature. This allows the option for shooting pictures of my wife and I on our travels. Until now my wife being the subject of most the scenic pictures when we have been travelling.
One of the things that would of held me back from buying this camera was the lack of zoom lens 4X optical zoom. But Cannon offer lens accessories for the G5, lens adapter for telephoto and wide conversion lenses and a range of filters.
Buy this camera and you will not be disappointed, it has so many excellent features. Here are just some of them, tilt swivel LCD, viewfinder/LCD, 5.0 megapixel CCD, movie mode, manual focus, macro focus, timed automatic photos from 1 minute to 60 minutes, continuous shooting.
