Boy, this was a superb camera... until it got stolen...

Pros: Everything about it- Lightness, 3 Picture -size Options, great quality photos
Cons: No zoom. But that's it!
Well, this was the best camera I've ever owned... until it got stolen. But that has nothing to do with my Epinion, now does it?
I purchased this camera for $89.99 last June when I was looking for a small, inexpensive *yet good at getting that brilliant snapshot* camera. This was the one. It had better features than the Kodak Advantix camera that was $59.99, and it was a lot lighter, drops right into your pocket (although you may not like the looks of that tiny bulge...)
Some of the features that I liked were the option of a Classic size photo, Panoramic, or Wide. There is a tiny button-pusher attached to the tiny carry cord on the end of the camera (the string), which is also removable. This little button-pusher can push the tiny buttons for setting a date and a caption like "Our Wedding", or "Happy Birthday", "Happy Anniversary", "Our Vacation", and a few others. What I like about this camera is that it is so light weight, and has so many options of a higher-priced, larger camera.
The manual is very detailed with help for any problems you may incur, and it's written in English and other languages. It gives you a step by step guide to setting the date, time, photo size, and caption. Battery changing and removal is easy, although I never had to change the battery, and I had the camera for a year and 2 months. It runs on Advantix film, and that in itself is very easy, it's a drop-in film, no unrolling required. The film also tells you if the roll is unexposed, half-used, completed, or developed... which is nice if you have mixed around rolls of film.
It's one downfall... no zoom. You can go for the more expensive Canon Elph model if you wish to have this feature, it's very convenient in some situations... but it does boost your cost and your weight. My brother bought and took this same camera on his honeymoon to Tahiti for 3 weeks, and he was only a tiny bit bothered by the fact of not being able to get a closer image in some cases, but he was pleased with it's tiny mass *only a little larger than a credit card from the front view, and about an inch wide.)
I would recommend this to anyone who is interested in it. It's great for teenagers and kids over 12 also. Great gift idea for anyone! Enjoy!
