Pros: Dependable
Cons: It doesn't also make my coffee for me
I've had this copier for nearly three years and have made nearly 13,000 copies without one trip in for service. I have had to replace the toner several times but that is to be expected, it really doesn't go through it all that fast.
From time to time the auto-feed may grab an extra sheet of paper but other than that it is virtually trouble free. I've had very few jambs and when it happens the machine opens easily and you can quickly remove the paper.
This is a great machine, I highly recommend it to any one with a small office.
