Ensemble III was designed with smaller rooms in mind, making it perfect for apartment or small living room applications. Although Ensemble III does not have the deep bass extension of the more expensive Cambridge SoundWorks New Ensemble and New Ensemble II systems, the overall sound ? or -tonal balance- ? is very similar. It has better power handling capability than Ensemble IV, so it will play louder. It has two-way satellites, as opposed to the one-way -cube- speakers of Ensemble IV, for even better dispersion and imaging.
