Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 Computer Game
This game, I must say, changed the way we looked at the Call of Duty franchise. Things changed drastically. When Infinity Ward and Activision firstannounced Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, every Call of Duty fan was relieved and very excited, as we finally left the World War era. The game was amazing. With perks and kill streaks in the multiplayer and an epic campaign, it was every first person shooters dream. When Infinity Ward implemented these new changes, they had no idea what was in store for them, as one of the largest selling games to date. I can tell you, I must have played that game for at least 30 days online. Two years later, they announced another Modern Warfare game called: Modern Warfare 2. Yes, I waited in line for 4 hours to get this game, and I don't regret it at all. Selling 4.7 millions copies within the first 24 hours. It claimed the highest grossing game in entertainment history clutching $310,000,000 in the US and UK alone. Blowing by the movie "The Dark Knight" with $155,000,000 million gross. If you do not own this game, you need to pick it up asap, as you will enjoy hours upon hours of nonstop action and entertainment. With 3 different game types to play, this game would never become "old." The three different game types are Spec Ops, Single Player Campaign, and Multiplayer Online. Spec Ops is a separate game type which allows you to play solo or with a friend online or in split screen. This game type is extremely fun and difficult once you reach the last mission. Next the campaign, which is a sequel to the previous Modern Warfare. I won't ruin it for you, but I will say that is epic, and not short like other FPS out there. The sound quality and graphics quality are superior. The multiplayer is probably what will keep you going the longest, but I highly recommend that you finish the Single Player Campaign first. This will give you the adequate skill to perform well online with others around the globe. Infinity Ward also brought all new kill streaks. There were only 3 kill streaks in the previous game, but Infinity Ward took us to a new level of gaming by adding 15 all new kill streaks. Also they have added new perks, attachments, and weapons that I will let you discover when you buy this game. Multiplayer is my favorite game type to play because you can play everything from a Team Deathmatch to Search and Destroy, and with up to 18 players, this was enough to keep me hooked for a long time. Though there were some hacks in the online multiplayer, it was still fun, and the dedicated Infinity Ward staff patched these hacks just recently. They have not had time due to the shortage of staff members from the Activision lawsuit. I bought the hardened edition because it is a steel book and it came with an art book and code which enabled you to get Call of Duty classic for free, but that's just me. This game is very smooth and crisp with highly detailed scenery and graphics. Pick this up, if you haven't already!
