BUST A GROOVE 2 continues the PlayStation dance party. Choose a dancer, each created using motion-captured technology and featuring new costumes. After picking a dancer, hit the dance floor in the Practice mode to get a feel for the controls. When practice is over, hit the dance scene in the One-Player mode, where the goal is to get the crowd and the camera to pay exclusive attention to you. How well you dance will determine what the next challenge will be. When your groove becomes too hot for the computer to handle, compete against friends with the Two-Player mode. No matter what mode you play, new ska, techno, disco, and hip-hop house beats provide the background for all of the action. If hearing music makes you want to shake your booty, then BUST A GROOVE 2 is the game for you.

Pros: Insanely addictive, cool tunes, wicked moves
Cons: very similer to the 1st
The Bottom Line:
I suggest you bust a groove your way over to Blockbuster and rent it then, if you like it, by all means buy it.
For the past 48 hours, after renting this game, my life has been put on hold except for writing my reviews. Why? You ask because I just rented Bust A Groove 2 (BAG2). Now I rarely ever rent PS games any more after my purchase of the Xbox. But 2 days ago, when I was walking around blockbuster looking for a Xbox game, a game caught my eye, BAG2. So I brought it home with me turned it on and haven't turned it off since.
I love this game for it's insane dance moves, fun animated characters, and wicked tunes. The game is very similar to BAG1 but it adds new characters, as well as reoccurring ones, with different levels, tunes, and sweet dance moves.
Now for the people who are Bust a Move impaired, both BAG1 & 2 revolve around one simple concept of hitting buttons and directions as instructed. This enables your selected character to do certain moves now after a time of not messing up you start to go into specials and such which let you do more sophisticated moves.
Now if this doesn't sound fun to you now wait till you play it! The combination of the colorful dancing, catchy tunes and diverse camera angles lets you have lots of endless hours of carpet shredding.
Also call some of your friends over and battle it out with them. The multiplayer is ever more addictive then grooving with a computer. But finally if you like BAG2, rent BAG1 its just as addictive.
