Cons: It is heavy to set up, some features are complex and take time to configure.

Pros: Does everything you could want in an all-in-one, especially double-sided printing/scanning/copying.
Cons: Longish warm-up time, still consumes 38watts when in standby/sleep mode. Weighs 100+ pounds.
Bottom Line:
Excellent printer for a small office, since it combines so many features. The duplex scanning & printing are great.
