Pros: Easy to operate and is very durable.
Cons: Not practical for heavy usage.
This fax machine is so very, very easy to operate and its a snap to change the ink cartridge...which is just what I was looking for (since I don't have a degree in electrical engineering).
If you are looking for a nice fax/copier machine to use "some of the time," well here it is. Be forewarned, it is not designed for the busy home office. Why? When you have lots of copies that need faxing sometimes it grabs two copies at one time, so now I simply feed each copy through the system by hand--this works well.
I have had my fax/copier for over a year now with absolutely no mechanical problems.
