Excellent shave, cleaning system rocks (although noisy), leaves face smooth and smelling fresh.
I bought this a Braun a week ago after my travel Braun conked out after 4 years of service. I have a fairly thick beard and previous to the 7680 I would shave with a razor every other day and fill in with the electric on the off days. No longer! This Braun is outstanding for an electric razor. If you're looking for a razor close shave you will be disappointed because nothing but a razor shave can deliver that type of performance. However, the Braun's shave is almost as close and of course, much more convenient. The Mach 3 razor has been shelved for all but the most special of occasions. Don't hesitate, just buy it, you won't be disappointed.
One warning...the cleaning unit is fairly noisy, so if waking someone up is a concern, you may want to wait to clean it until you come home in the evening.
