Pros: Very comfortable over-the-ear comfort. Excellent sound. Hard carrying case.

Cons: These are not small or sleek. Mine kept slipping off during the flight. Expensive.

Cons: Expensive, somewhat bulky, no auto-shutoff with no audio present.

One of the best NC headphones on the market, but you pay for what you get.
