Body Solid Powerline PVLP156X - PVLP156W
Author's Review
I have used this product for years. It is great product that gives great results. It does not take up very much space so can easily fit in most home gyms. The weights are easy to add and remove to the machine. It is also easier on the body than other leg exercises like squats. I have never had any back or knee pain from using this product. The way the vertical leg press is designed makes it easy to use, and merely impossible not to use the correct technique for safe lifting. The only thing I do not like about this product is that it is uncomfortable for people who are tall or have longer legs. When your legs are not extended your knees are by your chest. Having long legs makes it uncomfortable because your are bunched up with your knees pressing on your chest or next to your ribs if widened to not press on your chest. Other than that downfall, it is a great product.

Pros: Easy on back and knees.
Great for building leg muscle and toning.
Cons: Uncomfortable for people with long legs when not extended. (knees bunched up by chest).
