Blood wake is a float around shoot other boats kind of game. This game was so lousy that I am having trouble investing the time to finish the whole thing. Sorry but it is true. I keep hoping to find something that will redeem this purchase, but have yet to do so.

The gameplay is really simple. Just keep shooting till you kill the other boat. That's pretty much it and I guess that is the biggest complaint I have. Oh some scenarios have torpedoes and some have little rockets, but it's all pretty much just shoot.

Some of the later levels test your boat control, but nothing drastic. The missions could have been a lot better and supported the storyline more.

The graphics are very bad in my opionion. The worst I have seen on the xbox to date. I was expecting at least as good as some of the jet-ski programs on other boxes. In an effort to be fair, my lack of thrill may be because I was expecting something along the lines of Halo in both graphics and gameplay.

On an up note, the storyline is not too bad and actually carries through in places the gameplay does not.

Maybe someone younger will think this is fun, but I for one do not.

Maybe someone else can get on here and post what I am missing, as I really would like to know.
