Pros: Nice looking
Cons: Stopped working after 3 years
Nice looking toaster oven. It worked well for about 3 years, and then stopped working. It just won't go on. For about a week, I could jiggle the dial, but now no amount of jiggling will get it to go on.
I don't want to support companies that make products that end up in landfills every 3 years. From the look of the other reviews, it does not look like this was an isolated situation. There is no reason why a toaster oven shouldn't last 10 or 20 years. I won't be buying another Black & Decker.
