Pros: It looks good with our other appliances.
Cons: It doesn't work like it should!
We replaced an old, ugly working B&D toaster oven with this model and were immediately sorry. It does not toast evenly and is sooo slow. It burns in some spots while others are not toasted at all. I stupidly threw the receipt and packaging away before trying the toaster oven out so am stuck with it. We are not impressed with its baking ability either.
