I bought my mac book air about 2 months ago. I must say this was the best computer purchase I have ever made. Being a windows user my entire life, I wasn't sure how easy the transition to mac was going to be. Mac offers ease of transition from PC to Mac with step by step instructions right from the boot up of your new laptop. With the guided directions I was even able to transfer everything from my PC to my new mac book. It definitely takes sometime to get used to the operating system, but it does not freeze up constantly like windows. If one needs Microsoft programs (word, excel, power point) one can easily just transfer the PC license to the Mac. That's just a tip because the mac Microsoft is quite pricey. The computer itself is really fast and I have had no minimal issues.
The one problem I have had is the battery life when the mac is not plugged in. It will only stay charged 2 hours. I'm not sure how to resolve this without standing in the long lines at the mac store.
Long story short, this is a great computer with lots of pros and defiently worth the cost!
