The Acura TL has remained unchanged for this year. New standard features include a five-speed automatic transmission, a revised 3.2 Liter 225 HP V6 engine, side air bags with passenger-side sensors, and a dual stage front passenger airbag. Improvements on the TL include better highway fuel economy and increased acceleration speed, which has improved by 0.5 seconds when accelerating from 0-60 mph. The most notable and the only factory installed option is the new Navigation System which utilizes a DVD database that has complete on-board coverage of the continental US. The Acura is assembled at the Marysville Auto Plant in Ohio. Standard exterior paints include Firepepper Red Metallic, Satin Silver Metallic and Dark Emerald.
