The 1999 NSX is available in two models - (Base) NSX and NSX-T. The 1999 NSX is essentially unchanged for this year. The aluminum-bodied NSX is painstakingly handcrafted in a special manufacturing facility in Japan. Less than 500 will be imported to the U.S. for the 1999 model year. The NSX-T removable top is made of aluminum for light weight. In addition, the chassis features all-aluminum construction to reduce weight. The optional 3.0 liter V-6 VTEC engine produces 252 horsepower mated with a four-speed automatic transmission. The SportShift automatic transmission features a unique steering column-mounted electronic shifter. Technical improvements include drive-by-wire throttle system and variable electric power-assisted steering (EPS).

1999 Acura NSX

The Acura NSX is by far one of the most appreciated sports car of its class. Its sleek styling and outrageous handling make for an astonishing car. A must have for the speed demon or the guy who wants to make the next door neighbor envy you for eternity.
There are two current engine options available:
1)An all aluminum 3.2 liter V-6 that produces 290 hp! and 224 lbs-ft of torque with a six speed transmission
2)An all aluminum 3.0 liter V-6 that puts out 252 hp and 210 lbs-ft of torque which is equipped with an electronically controlled 4-speed automatic transmission equipped with sport shift
The interior supports the fine lines of the exterior of the car.
The NSX is incredible on the road. It hugs the turns amazingly smooth it feels just like a formula 1 race car. This Acura is an exquisite works of craftsmanship.
