Pros: Don't know.
Cons: Huge. Much too hot.
Another toaster oven that we bought and returned due to the fact that the sides and top get so hot that you could cook on it! This one has "cool touch handles" - little things on the side, but if you have children or are older, you could seriously burn yourself on this thing. I strongly believe that manufacturers shouldn't be allowed to make these things without insulating them properly so they don't get so hot.
