 I never thought I would drive a minivan. Never ever in my life. But things change and one day you find yourself in need of a big transportation vehicle that holds 8 people or a lot of music equipment. The 2009 Honda Odyssey with 8 seats is in this case the very best choice. We got it in black so it doesn't even look like we just came from our child's soccer game and it could still pass for a rock and roll tour van. I love that it has so many little neat extras and a secret storage case in the second row. Everything works automatic - which can also be a little tricky by times and it has a little back up camera which shows you anything that happens behind your car when you back up ( down site here is just that the camera makes you feel you have tons of space before you hit an object when in reality this isn't true, so make sure to play with it so you can start feeling how far you really are away from other items behind you. It is really great that the seats also adjust automatically and I love that you have an output for the i-pod - but I would have liked it if it was build in and you could actually navigate your songs as I was able to do so in my Honda Element. You also have a great view in this car, unlike the Element and the seats are pretty comfortable. It is also very nice that the backseat windows come with build in shades that can be opened or closed just as preferred. You can really get a lot of people in this car it's just sometimes a bit hard to get the people in and out in the last row - my family preferred to enter this row from the trunk actually.
