The redesigned IS incorporates the new Lexus design philosophy, L-Finesse. This is made evident throughout the exterior, with such bold styling elements as a wide stance; high, muscular beltline; and an aggressive, wedge-shaped profile. The heart of the IS 350 is a potent 3.5-liter V6 that churns out 306 horsepower, making it the most powerful engine in its class. With 277 lb-ft of torque at 4,800 rpm, the IS 350 can achieve an astounding 0-60 acceleration time of 5.3 seconds, which is fastest in its class. The IS 250 is briskly propelled by a 2.5-liter 204-hp V6 with 185 lb-ft of torque.

I recommend this to anyone. It's a great car.
My experience with this car is awesome. It's overall a great car. We got this car without even looking at other cars. This is the first one we saw and immediatley got it. I love everything about this car. I love the interior (leather). It has seat warmers, lots of cupholders.. which is very handy. It also comes with the touch screen radio/navigaton system. The only thing I don't like about this car is the fact that you can't charge your phone when the car isn't on. This car isn't that cheap but it's not the most expensive car ever. An average salary could pay for this car. This car wouldn't make the best family car. I mean if you have two kids, then it's fine. But if you have 5 kids, don't get this car! It has 3 seats in the back, and 2 seats in the front. If you are extremely tall I don't recommend this car. Your legs would be up against the floor! If you are the type of person who likes a lot of leg room while in the backseat, this car won't work for you. When sitting in the back seat, you are usually squished. The seats are deep. The front seats have automatic controls. The Lexus IS is an overall great car.. I recommend it to anyone! An eighty year old woman or a 16 year old teen would look great in this car..
