GREAT CAR FOR THE PRICE

Pros: Fuel economy, price, value, warranty, too much to list.
Cons: Steering wheel audio controls lack a seek button.
The Bottom Line:
This vehicle is a must buy for anyone in the mid-size sedan market. Great value and an even better standard warranty.
I bought my 2006 Hyundai Sonata GLS 2.4L in April of 2006. Since that time I have put almost 22000 miles on my vehicle and it has performed better than expected. The 4 cylinder engine has more than adequate horsepower without sacrificing fuel mileage. The interior has more room than most of the other vehicles in it's class and is well equipped. I especially like the driver window auto express up and down feature. The stereo system has unbelievable sound for a stock audio system. The trip computer is also a great feature. Monitor your average speed, fuel mileage, trip mileage and trip time, and it is easily visible as it is right in view with the speedometer. I have had to do nothing but change the oil and rotate the tires. To get a fully loaded vehicle at a great price and also get the warranty it comes with is unheard of. Other manufactures should take lessons from Hyundai. The only downside, and it's minor, is the steering wheel audio controls do not have a seek button, only volume and mode controls. Doesn't make much sense, but I have learned to live with it. If you are looking for a mid-size car this is it!
