Pros: Front grille, drives well, 6-disc CD changer in dash, beautiful interior, lots of compliments!
Cons: Would've gone with a 6-cylinder instead, but love it anyway!
The Bottom Line:
Definitely test drive this car, you will fall in love with it!!
I turned in my Ford Escape last May and I decided to lease the 2006 Ford Fusion SE, 4 cylinder. I went with the Charcoal Beige color. It looks dark beige during the day and dark charcoal gray at night. Upon picking it up, I fell in love with everything about this car. The interior is perfect, everything is within your reach when you're driving, and I LOVE that there is a hidden compartment on the top of the dash. You just push a round button and the lid pops open...you can store CD's, receipts, even just extra garbage in there. The Fusion drives amazing, even the 4-cylinder. It has a lot of pep to it, and it handles really really well. I can't tell you how many compliments I've gotten on this car. The first time I took it to a car wash, 3 of the 6 hand dryer guys were like "Dang, look at
this car, it's tight!". I got so many compliments on the
front grille...it's probably my favorite part of the car. It looks a lot more expensive than it is. It just has a rich feel to it...you feel great driving it. I would HIGHLY recommend this car to anyone who is looking for a mid-size sedan that handles well and looks fantastic and high-end. I have a 3-year lease on it, and I get the feeling I will be getting another one when I turn this one in. The monthly payment is not too high either, and worth every penny, because you get a great car in return, and you're definitely not afraid it will break down on you. LOVE THE FUSION!!
