Cons:
Gas mileage, speaker system, battery issues, entertainment system headphones are pretty cheaply made.

Cons: Removal of third-seat headrests to fold seat, rear hatch glass does not open independently.
Bottom Line:
Definitely consider the Pilot - it's not truck-based, but it makes up for it with great engineering, features, handling, capabilities, and resale value. Nice ride!
